| Welcome my name is Solomon. Some people ask me when I first became interested in Fitness. I think it was some time back when my brother had those old fashioned weights with the sand in them and the clamps that you had to screw down with a pair of pliers. He had a flat bench and that was all. I was in elementary school at the time. Later I got involved in sports as I entered high school and I looked to fitness to give me an edge over the next guy on the soccer field and basketball court. I wasn't always the most skilled, but I was usually the fastest in a sprint and strong for my size. Now I am interested like most people in looking better and feeling better. At 30 years old, I'm ready to have that teen age energy and strength back. I'm already stronger than I ever was, but extremely less stamina. I want that all back. Slowly I've been improving, but it's a long road and honestly a lifelong journey. For those of you nosing around in this portion of our site you will find that you like me are interested in a change. The question is: What kind of change? I will provide some information that I've picked up over the years as well as information that I have found in different magazines and books. All I can provide are some recommendations, you must do the work. There is no short road to success, but don't let that discourage you. There are some ways to gain results quickly and some more long term results. The best way is to focus on your short term and long term goals. Make them challenging, but achievable. You're not gonna stick with it if you keep failing. Most of all, see all that you do as a change in Lifestyle. No more diet pills or programs, just minor adjustments in your lifestyle. CUT TO THE CHASE! |
